Inner Plates stores the following data locally on your device: emotion selections, generated images, drawings, and journal entries. This data is never transmitted to any server, except as described below in the Gemini AI section.
Inner Plates does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other personal information.
When you use Alchemy mode, your selected emotion labels are sent to the Google Gemini API, a third-party service provided by Google LLC, to generate a visual image. This is the only moment any data leaves your device, and it only happens when you actively tap the "Materialize" button.

Google processes this data solely to generate and return the requested image. Google's handling of this data is governed by their API terms and privacy policy, which provide protections consistent with industry standards. All app data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. No data is stored on external servers, cloud services, or backup systems operated by Inner Plates.
Data is retained on your device for as long as you keep it. You may delete individual entries at any time within the app. If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.
You have full control over your data at all times.
You can choose not to use Alchemy mode, in which case no data will ever leave your device. If you use only the Drawing mode, the app functions entirely offline with no external data transmission.
You can delete any individual journal entry, drawing, or generated image at any time from within the app. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app from your device. Since no data is stored externally, uninstalling the app constitutes complete and permanent deletion.

Inner Plates does not require account creation or login. The app does not use analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash reporting tools, cookies, or any other third-party tracking technologies. The only third-party service used is the Google Gemini API as described above.
Inner Plates does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app requires no account, no sign-in, and transmits no identifying data. Because nothing is collected, there is no personal information to access, retain, or delete on our end.
